Elveev London
A pair of handcrafted tiled plinths created for Elveev’s London launch, combining material, form, and brand identity into a sculptural display.
About Elveev
Founded by Ellie, Elveev is a contemporary luxury boutique shaped by her years within some of the world’s leading fashion retailers, from David Jones and Topshop, to Yoox Net-a-Porter and Kirna Zabête in New York. Elveev offers a curated edit of global designers through a more intimate, personal lens. Every piece is chosen with intention, reflecting a belief in genuine connection, thoughtful curation, and a deeper, more considered way to experience style.
The Project
Ahead of the Elveev launch event and pop-up at Beaverbrook Townhouse in Chelsea, London, Ellie approached Pin Tile Studio with an idea to create a piece that would speak directly to the brand’s aesthetic and values. The brief was to design something refined, modern, and true to the luxurious visual language of Elveev, while also acting as an impactful but functional feature at the centre of the pop-up location.
Design & Collaboration
Working closely with Ellie, we began by exploring the function and use-case of the piece alongside the spatial characteristics of the pop-up location. We landed on creating a pair of tiered-height plinths. The design process consisted of researching tile shapes, colour palettes, and textures with the intention to align with the new Elveev brand identity. Once the ideal tile was sourced, we designed and handcrafted two bespoke tiled plinths intended to serve as sculptural yet functional display pieces.
Outcome
The finished plinths became a central feature of the Elveev pop-up at Beaverbrook Townhouse, grounding the space and elevating the presentation of the collection. Through material, form, and craftsmanship, the pieces acted as a refined extension of the brand’s story.
