Terms & Conditions – Pin Tile Studio

 

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

​

All items are made to order and handcrafted according to your specifications. As such, slight variations in colour, finish, tile placement, or dimensions may occur. These are part of the character of handmade goods and do not constitute defects.

 

2. Order Confirmation

​

An order is considered confirmed once:

• Full specifications are provided (e.g. tile choice, colours, dimensions, finishes).

• A non-refundable deposit (or full payment, where applicable) has been received.Once confirmed, changes to your order may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

3. Lead Time

​

Typical production time is 4–6 weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of payment. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

​

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order.The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or collection.Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.

5. Delivery & Collection

​

Delivery charges apply and will be confirmed at time of order.We are not liable for any damage occurring after delivery or during self-collection unless caused by our own courier.Please ensure there is clear access for delivery; failed delivery attempts may incur a redelivery fee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

​

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be offered in the unlikely event of a fault or damage caused by us.

8. Faults & Damages

​

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If there is a fault or damage, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

10. Care & Maintenance

 

Care instructions will be provided with your item. Please follow these to ensure the longevity and appearance of your piece. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect care.

11. Intellectual Property

 

All designs remain the intellectual property of Pin Tile Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
