Cancellations & Refunds

Made-to-Order Items:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases of fault or damage caused by us.

Ready-to-Buy Items:

• Cancellations may be accepted prior to dispatch, at our discretion.

• Once dispatched or collected, items may only be returned in the case of fault or damage. 

• If you wish to return due to change-of-mind, the customer will bear the cost.
